Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the key principles of GO-PROXY and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “GO-PROXY,” “we,” “our”) regarding the conditions for refunds: methods, timeframes, and circumstances under which a refund is possible. This Refund Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (https://go-proxy.com/en/user-agreement/).
General Provisions
All services provided by GO-PROXY are subject to 100% prepayment.
We offer mobile proxies only and do not provide residential or other types of proxies.
Refund Conditions
The client has the right to request a full refund (excluding fees) within 72 hours after purchase if one of the following reasons applies:
Complete non-functionality of proxies without the possibility of replacement.
Connection issues with mobile IP addresses, confirmed by our technical support team.
The absence of mobile IP addresses in the required location.
Unavailability of proxies for the specified purposes agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Special Conditions
Refunds for services purchased for a period of less than 7 days are not provided after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Refunds for a trial period (if offered) are not available.
In exceptional cases, the company reserves the right to review refund requests at its discretion if the client provides evidence of service malfunction and attempts to resolve the issue through customer support.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, the client must submit a request to [email protected], specifying the reason for the refund and the payment method used.
Refunds will be processed within 1 business day after the request is approved. Funds are returned via the same payment method used for the purchase.
For payments made in cryptocurrency, refunds are processed in cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the refund (excluding fees).
Service Replacement
The client has the right to request proxy replacement under the following conditions:
Detection of mobile IP addresses unsuitable for use. In such cases, the client must contact support immediately. We commit to replacing non-functional proxies within 24 hours.
A region or city change is possible upon request, subject to payment of the price difference.
Limitations
Proxies are guaranteed to work only for the purposes specified by the client at the time of purchase. For example, if a proxy functions correctly in Telegram but does not work in Instagram, this is not grounds for a refund or replacement.
Proxy replacement is not provided after the service term expires or for issues unrelated to the functionality of the IP addresses.
Final Provisions
Upon termination of the agreement, access to the client’s account and GO-PROXY services will be revoked.
